"Ollin" originates from the Nahuatl word "yollotl" which means "heart" and "yolistli" which means "life," essentially translating to "movement" or "motion". It has a deeper connotation of “acting with all your heart in the present moment”.
At the Ollin Studio we encourage everyone to learn to follow their path wholeheartedly. All of our sessions are private and specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals looking to improve their mobility through gentle and focused movement.
